The Beacon Pub sits on the corner of 101 Circle Avenue in Forest Park — a few steps from the Green Line, a short walk from anywhere in town, and a little easier to find at night thanks to the warm light spilling out the front windows.

We're an honest neighborhood bar & grill. That means cold beer, fair prices, and a kitchen that takes the food seriously even when no one's watching. It's the kind of spot regulars bring out-of-town friends to and quietly hope they don't tell too many people about.

101 A & C Kitchen

Tucked into the back of the pub, 101 A & C Kitchen is where Chef Alfredo turns out the food we're known for — hand-pattied burgers, wings everyone in Forest Park has an opinion about, loaded nachos, and homemade pizza crust stretched to order.

Inexpensive, generous portions, and the kind of cooking that makes you forget you're sitting in a bar. That's the only review we really care about.
